What is BLACKVAULT?
Members-only wholesale brokerage for research-grade compounds. Verified suppliers, COA-backed vials, discreet US fulfillment.
Who can order?
Approved accounts only. You must be 21+, and reps apply with their business information and a signed research-use agreement.
What's the membership fee?
Tiered monthly fee from $100-$500 based on when you joined. Founding 20 locked at $100/mo forever.
How do I pay for orders?
Zelle, with your order code in the memo. Your order ships once the payment is confirmed.
Shipping times?
Standard 5-8 business days. Expedited 3-5. Orders process Mon-Fri after compliance review.
COA / lab testing?
Products are tested by Bioviridian, an independent lab. Tap VIEW COA on any product to see the certificate, then check its code at bioviridians.com/coa-search.html.
Can I resell?
Only members in good standing with written approval. Reps get their own storefront and price controls — contact us about becoming one.
Why do the labels say Downhole Compounds?
Downhole Compounds makes and lab-tests the products, and we resell them. Our price includes our service: answers to your product questions (sizes, stock, COAs, shipping), help placing your order, tracking updates, follow-ups and a real person to text when you need something.
Can I get a COA that isn't posted?
Yes. Tap VIEW COA on the product and then Request the COA, or ask your rep. We get it from the lab for you.
Can I use these products myself?
No. Everything we sell is for laboratory research only, not for human or animal use, and we don't give use or dosing advice.
Do I need a business to become a rep?
Yes. Reps buy and resell under their own business. If you don't have one yet, apply anyway and your rep manager will help you set it up.
Returns?
Research compounds are non-returnable. Damaged/incorrect orders replaced free within 7 days of delivery.

1. Research use only. Every product sold here is for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. Not for human or animal consumption. Not for diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
2. Who can buy. You must be 21 or older and buy for a qualified research purpose. Accounts are approved by us after a review of your application, including your legal name, business information and a signed agreement. We can refuse or close any account.
3. Reseller accounts. Reps buy from Blackvault Supply LLC and resell under their own business. Each rep is responsible for their own licenses, permits, sales tax and records, and for following these terms with their own customers. Reps are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Blackvault Supply LLC.
3a. A rep's customers belong to the rep. Customers who order through a rep's store or seller code are that rep's customers. Blackvault Supply LLC uses their information only to fill and ship orders and to help the rep look after them, such as reminders to follow up or wish them a happy birthday. We don't market to a rep's customers or sell to them directly. Any discount a rep offers comes out of the rep's own price.
4. Prohibited conduct. No claims that a product treats, cures or prevents anything, no dosing, use or preparation advice, no before-and-after or results content, and no selling of opened or repackaged product. Breaking these rules ends your account.
5. Orders and payment. Orders ship after payment is confirmed. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may cancel any order and refund it in full.
6. Problems with an order. Contact us first at blackvaultsupplysupport@gmail.com. Damaged, wrong or lost orders are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Membership. Monthly membership fees are not refundable. You can cancel any time to stop future charges.
8. Liability. Products are sold for research use as described. The buyer is responsible for safe handling and lawful use. Blackvault Supply LLC is not liable for misuse.
9. Governing law. Texas law governs these terms. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas.

Your info, protected
What we collect: For orders: name, shipping address, email, phone, birthday month and day (no year), what you ordered and payment confirmations. For rep applications: legal name, business name, type and state, buyer category, field of research and your signed agreement.
What we don't collect: Social Security or tax ID numbers, card or bank account numbers, or bank logins. We never ask for them.
How we use it: To review accounts, process and ship orders, keep tax and business records, and answer you. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use ad tracking.
Who sees it: Only the Blackvault staff who process orders and accounts, your rep (for orders placed through them) and our shipping partners.
If you buy through a rep: You're that rep's customer. Your rep may text you about your order, follow up, or wish you a happy birthday. Blackvault doesn't market to you directly.
Retention: Order records are kept 7 years for tax purposes. To ask for a copy or deletion of your information, email blackvaultsupplysupport@gmail.com.
Cookies: Only what keeps you signed in and remembers settings on your device. No third-party analytics or tracking pixels.
How your order moves
Processing time: 1-3 business days after payment clears and compliance screening is complete. Weekend/holiday orders process the following Monday.
Shipping options:
· Standard — 5-8 business days — $9.99
· Expedited — 3-5 business days — $19.99
US only. No international shipping at this time.
Packaging: Plain outer box. Shipping updates come from your rep or by text.
Lost/damaged: Report within 7 days of expected delivery. We replace at no cost.
PO Boxes: Accepted. Signature required for orders over $200.
What's refundable
Research compounds: Not returnable once shipped, so every buyer can trust a sealed product's chain of custody.
Damaged/incorrect orders: Reported within 7 days — replacement sent at no cost, or full refund issued.
Lost in transit: After 10 business days from ship date, we file a trace and either replace the order or refund.
Membership fees: Non-refundable. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Coolers and accessories: Returnable unopened within 14 days. $5 restocking fee.
Refund method: Same payment method as original purchase. Allow 5-7 business days.
